East German (GDR) Order of the Banner of Labour. This 2nd Class award retains its rich red enamel face, on brass base, with enamel national tricolour flags to borders. The medal retains its ribbon, with class badge to top. With the medal comes the original uniform ribbon bar. Both items are pin backed. As with all former eastern bloc militaria, this medal is very collectible and becoming scarcer as the years roll on and supplies dry up.
