VINTAGE POST WW2 BRITISH ARMY PARACHUTE REGIMENT MEDAL IN CASE

Offered is an original British Army Parachute Regiment 50th anniversary medal in case.

Pewter type medal, named to reverse, in plastic case of issue. Storage age etc to medal. The first of these I have come across. A nice piece.

Box measures 100mm x 15mm x 75mm.

From a recently acquired collection here in Perth, direct from the family of a British Royal Marine, who went on to join the Paras, seeing serving in Borneo and Northern Ireland, who finally served the last 5 years of his career in the Australian Army. The veteran is still alive and at the request of the family, we won’t be releasing his details. More items from this collection will be sold in the coming auctions.
