VINTAGE WW2 GERMAN RIFLE ASSOCIATION DAGGER BY PD LUNESCHLOSS OF SOLINGEN

Offered is an original WW2 German Rifle Association Dagger by PD Luneschloss of Solingen. Silver metal pommel with white ribbed grips pinned with gilt crossed rifle badge. Cross guard in nickel with acorn quillons, shell guard with shooting association brass badge features enamelled black eagle with white target surrounded by the wording "DEUTSCHER SCHUTZEN VERBAND" with logos. Maker stamped 33cm spearpoint blade with excellent etchings depicting forest hunting scenes and association target logo, green felt forestry buffer. Black leather scabbard and metal mounts, completed with black leather frog hanger. Superb and well-marked WW2 manufactured dagger. Overall length 46.5cm, in scabbard 52cm.
