Offered is an original US Navy WW2 era uniform jacket, retaining patches, badges & buttons. Jacket is the standard officer’s type navy blue wool war type, with gilt brass buttons, gilt bullion rank tapes & star (Lieutnant) sleeve to each sleeve, along with medal ribbons, including Navy Unit Commendation, American Defense, EATO & Asia/Pacific Campaign. Chicago maker labelled to silken interior, with named tag, dated 1943 to J J Limacher. Solid shape overall, with little or no wear, in overall excellent condition, rating this 9/10.
Measures 46cm shoulder width, 44cm arm inseam and 94cm waist. Height of jacket 78cm.
