LEONARD. WELSH REGT. Comes with copies medal rolls, M.I.C., Court Martial list and pension card. Pte Henry Leonard was serving with the 1st Battalion Welsh Regiment prior to 1899 as he was tried by General Court Martialled 19/9/1899 at Aldershot for “Failing to obey an order” 28 days imprisonment.
