Prussian national association of the red cross 1914-15 donation medallion. Cast iron in construction and measures 57 mm in diameter. Comes in its original case with a partial ink stamp to the bottom of the case. All in good condition with no damage. These medallions were given out when a donation of 25 Marks or more were made to the Red Cross war effort in World War 1.
