Offered is a 1902 Infantry Pattern US Army Officers Sword with original scabbard.

Features a nickle plated triple bar guard with plain back-strap and pommel nut, brown moulded Bakelite grip. The 71.5cm shallow curved, spear point blade shows beautiful etchings of foliate patterns with US Eagle & Military Drum,Swords, Cannon & Flags centre pieces. Single fullered blade is straight and unsharpened and in very fine condition. Contract maker marked for AMERICAN MILITARY SUPPLY CORP. NEW YORK MADE IN GERMANY. The nickel scabbard is excellent, with 2 plain loose hanger rings and horseshoe pattern drag. Overall length 89.5cm.
