John Harrison was born on the 27/2/1923. His MN number R.209993. The men of the Merchant Navy had to apply for their medals and judging by the naming style they were probably claimed by a relative in the late 80 – 90’s.

Nice genuine Merchant Navy medal group, that would have been un named if issued at the end of the war.
