Description

Offered is a pair of WW2 era Australian Army nurses ‘reef’ shoes.

Tan colour seude body, with fibre soles, one shoe showing separation of sole. Retains laces and paper label. Each measures 26cm, from heel to toes.

I’ve never come across these reef shoes before, so I’m sure someone will be very happy to add these to their collection.

These were part of the uniform set belonging to WX34444 Lieutenant Ellen Fullarton, who saw service during WW2 in the pacific as a nurse.
