Offered is WW2 era Australian Army nurses summer cape. Faded/worn red cotton neck & shoulders cape, retaining twin oxidised pips and Australia titles to each shoulder board, these being sewn in for wear. Starched, ironed, heavily worn, especially around the neck area. Service worn, as shown. These were part of the uniform set belonging to WX34444 Lieutenant Ellen Fullarton, who saw service during WW2 in the pacific as a nurse. Bought locally via the family.
