Kriegsmarine high seas fleet badge in stunning condition, all of the gold gilt wash is still present and overall the medal shows very little wear. Medal measures 44 mm x 57 mm with pin to rear that works perfectly. Maker marked FEC. ADOLF BOCK AUSF. SCHWERIN BERLIN.

This high seas fleet badge would be very hard to replace for it’s condition it is simply one of the best examples we’ve seen.

The High Seas Fleet Badge (Das Flottenkriegsabzeichen) was an award that was instituted in April 1941, a World War II German military decoration awarded for service to the crews of the Kriegsmarine High Seas Fleet, mainly the battleships and cruisers, but also those ships that supported them operationally for which there was no other award given.
