***SOLD*** A beautiful first pattern SA dagger that has been engraved by the original recipient with his regiment and enlistment numbers on the lower cross guard. Blade measures 22 cm, etched motto “Alles fur Deutchland” (All for Germany),  which is crisp and clear, maker marked for Gustav Wirth, Solingen Grafrath. Solid nickel cross guards are in fantastic condition and bear the Gau stamp ‘Nm’ for Nordmark as well as the personal engraving ‘Brg. 16. 22. Hard wood grip fits the cross guard almost perfectly, eagle and roundel both sit in the handle firm and are free from damage. Anodized scabbard still retains nearly 100 % of its brown coating and also some original clear lacquer coating can still be seen. Solid nickel fittings and screws are all present and in good condition and bears the same engraving as the cross guard 'Brg. 16. 22. R 187. 24102.' as the cross guards.
