Description

WW2 German S.A./N.S.S.K. 1933 pattern dagger with scabbard by Ewald Cleff, Solingen. Features mid brown wood grip, handle retaining both nickel eagle and roundel. Cross guards are good with nice age toning and Wm Westmark Gau stamp. Maker marked blade measures 22.2cm with a clear etched ‘Alles fur Deutschland’ motto, light runner marks to blade. Scabbard retains nickel plated throat and chape, painted black body carries period scratches and light finish loss. Overall, a good condition dagger. Maker rated #7 on the McSarr rarity scale. Fairly scarce maker and very fine conditioned piece.
