WW2  Imperial Japanese Army Officer’s Cap

On offer is a good example of an officer’s cap of the Imperial Japanese Army.

The cap is complete, with original chin strap and buttons. the head band is intact and the top is showing only light mothing in a couple of places. The inside carries what appears to be a maker’s label. A 5cm tear in the lining has exposed a piece of Japanese newspaper of the period. It will fit a head size of 7 1/4 (size 58).
