Description

WW2 era numbered Japanese Arisaka Type 90 bayonet with scabbard by National Denki (under Kokura supervision) Arsenal.

Bayonet features good steel fittings overall, with 89169 stamped pommel with working external release button, screw in worn wooden grips and metal guard/quillon & muzzle ring. The 40 cm long steel blade shows the blood groove to each side of the blade, with only factory sharpening to edge, with the ricasso stamped for manufacture by the National Denki (under Kokura supervision) Arsenal. Standard metal scabbard with service painted finish and some dentsto right side. Overall bayonet in good condition, measuring 52.5cm in length.
