WW2 GERMANY ARMY CAVALRY OFFICER PEAKED CAP HAT

Offered is an early war quality, very good condition Cavalry Officer’s peaked cap. This cap features a spotless doeskin field green crown, with yellow ‘Cavalry’ piping overall, with bullion national eagle & swastika with bullion oak leaf wreath and multi piece national cockade. Green wool centre band, with bullion chin chords and side buttons. Peak is firm and shows very light wear to edge, but good overall. The interior silk liner shows light use, centre celluloid triangle & economy sweat band. Approx. size 57. This is a very good condition piece to a rarely seen arm of the German Army.
